Some years ago, Dr.Thompson was asked a personal favor by an inmate whom she was visiting and to whom she had been writing. He wanted to convey to this daughter how much he loved her. Though rejected and isolated from the family, he simply wanted to make sure she received this gift from her daddy....
“We ourselves have been restored and we hope likewise to restore the forgotten and rejected, through our philosophy of “each one reach one”. In fulfillment of this philosophy we conduct monthly clothing and feeding drives in response to the basic needs of the homeless population in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.”
